Become a SIP Member

A Sustaining Industry Partner of the Association shall be an industry, business, or organization that does not qualify for other types of membership and is interested in furthering the programs of the Association. Such as: Food, Technology, Point of Sale, Apparel, Equipment, Consultant etc. Membership is per company, not per individual.

As of January 2019, dues are on an annual basis. Membership is based on a 12 month cycle, which begins the day you pay your dues. 

Total Membership Dues = $400

Membership includes:

  • SIP Dues = $225
  • Florida School Food Service Foundation = $50
  • Scholarships & professional development for leaders and future leaders = $50
  • SIP sponsored event at the Fall Annual Conference & Expo Event = $75

Expo: Receive the Exhibitor Prospectus information one month prior to non-members, which allows for the selection of booth location, sponsorships, etc.

E-Newsletter: Keep up-to-date with a subscription to our weekly e-newsletter, FSNA TidBits.

  • Florida District Directors & Supervisors list with contact info
  • Florida student enrollment info

Recognition

Website: SFS  and SIP member have easy access to all SIP member's information through the SIP Member Search.

Exhibit Shows: Companies will receive a “SIP” sign that will hang in their exhibit booth and each employee will receive a “SIP” ribbon to affix to their name badge. SIPs will be recognized in the program and on the app.

E-Newsletter: Quarterly, member companies are listed in an edition of the e-newsletter circulated to FSNA's 3,000+ members.

Exhibit Shows: Discount on first booth purchased for the Annual Conference & Expo event held each Fall.

Advance the Industry

SIP Committee: Participate as an active member, so your voice is heard and carried back to the Board of Directors through the SIP Representative.

Serve: Have the opportunity to run for the Industry Representative, a voting member of the Board of Directors, and Industry Representative-Elect.

Vote: The SIP Representative is elected only by other SIP member companies.

Future Leaders Scholarship: $50 of your membership directly funds an annual scholarship that allows for Florida school food service members to attend SNA’s National Leadership Conference. The recipient is selected through an application process and will gain invaluable experience at this three-day training.

Florida School Food Service Foundation: $50 of your membership is directed to the Foundation, which provides continuing education, scholarships, and grants to school food service employee members.
